I help the busy, peri-menopausal or menopausal mama implement simple, whole food nutrition and 10 minute fat-busting workouts that help promote hormonal balance into her life.  

I’ve dealt with autoimmunity for much of my life and know what it’s like to have low energy and nothing left over to give your family. Whether you’re dealing with an autoimmune disorder or just know everything that use to work doesn’t anymore, I believe my program can help you!

Hi! I’m Lisa and my life’s calling for over 24 years has been to help women!

I help the busy woman going through hormonal, body, and life changes incorporate fitness and whole food nutrition that brings balance and nourishment so they can fill all the many roles to which they’ve been called! By implementing simple, manageable steps, healthy doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. This is my mission and I can’t wait to share it with you!
