This is a fabulous drink to sip throughout the day! It’s loaded in antioxidants and metabolic boosters, yet is light and refreshing!
I first saw the idea of a “sipper” from Trim Healthy Mama and decided to upgrade to pack a powerful punch! Feel free to use what you have available.
The best way to do this is to use 2 separate quart mason jars so you can easily shake them before pouring to consume as some contents will settle on the bottom.
2 scoops Organifi Greens (use code LisaLou19)
1/2 cup Almond milk (or milk of choice)
Green Tea (brew 2 tea bags in 2 cups and cool)
1-2 tsp organic vanilla extract
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch Celtic, pink, or Real Salt
Optional: 7 drops liquid SweetLeaf stevia or sweetener of your choice, 4-6 drops consumable lemon essential oil, ginger
1. Add all to a blender and blend on high until combined.
2. Divide mixture between quart jars.
3. Fill the rest of the way with water and ice.
4. Sip and enjoy!
Refrigerate up to 4 days.
