Banana Pancakes

Post workout fuel! After my nights of teaching 2 formats, REFIT®️ and Fit Chix Groove™️, this has become my staple recovery meal and it’s only 3 ingredients!
It’s a custardy French toast consistency that’s SO good.


    • 1/2 T coconut flour
    • 1 ripe mashed banana
    • 1 egg



    Blend all the ingredients together.


    Drop batter in skillet at medium heat. Cook on both sides until is cooked completely. They are about 2 inches in diameter.


    It will be a custardy French toasty consistency! Enjoy!
