Blackberry and Banana Ice Cream-

It’s a frigid 95 degrees in August in Louisiana. The summer temps aren’t for the weak in the south, you either adapt or melt into a puddle of flesh. Ok, maybe that’s a bit dramatic, but these temperatures can bring out the grump in the best of us.
Thankfully, relief is not far away with a quick and easy dessert that will cool you off in no time! Can it get any easier than throwing frozen fruit in a food processor or blender? Seriously, that’s all it takes. If you blend it and it gets stuck, feel free to put in a little unfrozen fruit or a little non-dairy milk of choice.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 1/2 cups frozen bananas
Directions
Put all fruit in a food processor or blender and blend until creamy. Add a bit of unfrozen fruit or milk of choice if it won’t cream.
Enjoy right away or freeze for 20 minutes for a slightly more firm consistency.
Store left overs in an airtight glass container and freeze.
Leave on the counter for 10 minutes to thaw a bit and dig in!
