I haven’t done a food review in a while and I’m pretty excited about this one! This is cassava and coconut flour tortillas sold at Sunshine Health Foods if you’re local, and made by the company Siete. I know Whole Foods typically keeps them in stock, as well. They do not taste like coconut at all. The taste is mild, yet AMAZING and are super easy to cook with! I usually have them with eggs, spinach, a tiny bit of cheese, avocado and salsa, but go crazy and add in your own fillings! Coconut is loaded with fiber and a moderate amount of carbs. Cassava is a starchy, tuberous root of a tropical tree, so can be a bit high in carbs, so don’t go nuts. But as small meal, these are excellent! Enjoy!
