This is a great place to get in your strength training! You’ll be given a video on a private FB page every week that will take you through what to do for that week. Much of it will be body weight, but you will also utilize some hand weights to add intensity and increase results! Community makes it happen and you’ll be on there with many others on the same exact journey! We pack a lot of punch in a small amount of time so your workouts will never exceed 20 minutes and may be as short as 10! – $30/month
