Tonight, I went up and down a HUGE flight of stairs with ease and controlled movement. It was FUN!! I am also celebrating today, that so far, I have not succumbed to the flu that my husband has. Now… it might knock me down in the next couple of days, but 3 days in and I have no symptoms. Dare I believe my immune system is strong???

When I decided to take Lisa’s Energy Transformation Course, I was at the bottom of the barrel of how living life should feel. I was always tired and felt like a social outcast because I felt frumpy, so saying no to invites came way too easy and too often. I first saw Lisa on Tic Tok when she showed off her sister’s choreography and new dance moves; it warmed my heart. But something kept me hanging on to her quick thoughts and short dances. I thought if I could be encouraged to want to better myself through little snippets, what would a whole course do? I’m so glad I took the plunge and joined her universe. The amount of life-changing information you receive is invaluable. It is a life-changing course, and I believe wholeheartedly that doing this program and working hard will get me where I want to be. I take care of everyone but myself. This was the first step in putting myself first and doing what I needed to improve myself. I have a long way to go, and it was a tough first step for this people-pleaser, but I am sure glad I did.

I have improved my water intake, my muscle strength and my energy as well as my outlook. I do focus on joy and gratitude more.
I’ve got ridiculous energy first thing in the morning and I am able to go through my day with lots of energy. But when the sun starts going down, I’m drowsy and ready for the day to be over.
I don’t feel so uncomfortable and like a stuffed sausage all the time. I can fit into my jeans without dancing to get in them. And I feel comfortable enough to stay in them all day!
Honest, it is more the physical for me. I like the way I look and feel physically. I like getting dressed and undressed. I mean I wouldn’t dare get undressed and look in a mirror before. I find myself getting back to really caring for myself. Whereas before, it was like, whatever.
Mindset 12/14: The only person that has said anything is my husband. He says things like, “I am glad I have my wife back, the one I married, the one who was confident. It’s hot, you’re hot.” Other than that, I don’t know what folks are saying, and that might be a good thing for me. 🙂

And not just about my health and nutrition and movement but about who I am. My confidence was mostly a 4-5 but now most days I hover between 8-10!
When we began my confidence was about a 5 or 6 but now it’s at 10. So that’s a big win for me.
