What kind of food will I be eating?

All of our foods are gluten free and paleo-ish. What we mean by that is if we lock you in a strict box of an specific ideology, you don’t tend to listen to what your body can and can’t handle as much. We want you to tap into the intuition of what works for your biology and that may not be strict paleo…and that’s ok! 

The only variation is the occasional small amount of certain cheeses or beans that some people do really well with. But it’s optional because YOU know your body best! 

How much weight will I lose?

No idea! You get out of this what you put into it so i would never make a promise I couldn’t back. However, and I can tell you if you’ll do the work, you’ll reap the results! Just look at all the testimonies and you’ll see what I mean.

What if I don’t know what to do when I begin?

You will immediately receive an email with login details and a short video that tells you EXACTLY where to start.

How long will it take to see results?

We have recommendations on where to start to fast track your results in the healthiest way possible.
