Hi, I'm Lisa Lou

I’m passionate about helping women over 40 challenge the status quo on aging so you can live your most confident, energetic, and healthiest years during “Act 2!”
 
My heart for your health stemmed from years of figuring out how to help my own health. 
 
With a combination of autoimmune conditions, chronic fatigue, insomnia, poor family health history, and congenital heart defects, I was motivated to make significant shifts to give myself the best chance of a life lived vivaciously, boldly, confidently, and energetically!
 
Understanding that a dynamic future begins today, I help you create the lifestyle it takes to play with your kids and grandkids, to stay independent and active, to create a strong and resilient body, with Christ at the center so you’re rooted in your identity and God-given mission…so you can age amazing!
 
And because I want all of that for you, and so much more, I’m passionately walking in my commision to shephard you through this great adventure!
